[QUOTE="DeboDaddy, post: 3739628, member: 583881"] Haha, sorry. I just couldn't resist... To the OP, I would not recommend any of the speakers you listed. As I said earlier, do not go by the sensitivity rating of the speakers, and even take the RMS ratings with a grain of salt. The DLS speakers you had are at least 100 times better than any of the others you listed. I'm still not sure what you mean by "SPL" out of a 6.5" speaker... Its not what they are designed for. Maybe you don't understand that SPL means "sound pressure level". Think about it... 6.5's are not made to move massive amounts of air. They are designed to sound good in their respectable frequency range. I can't really recommend you any speakers becuase I would never go for pure loudness out of a Component or even a coaxial speaker system. These speakers should be giving you the quality of your system, and the sub(s) should simply blend with your front sound stage, and fill in the lower frequencies that your mids cannot reproduce. This is, of course, the way a system should be. If you simply want to make your body panels rattle, and go for "maximum SPL", then why even put speakers in it? From your descriptions of what you want, I would just fill your car with subs, because its going to sound like shit no matter what you do. I hope this helps, as this is the most productive post I can produce without laughing my *** off at the original posts you made.
