Please Recommend Some Subs

Hey I have joined this forumn after reading a ton of threads and need my own help now.I THINK I have narrowed it down to these selections.Money is a little tight so if theres not a alot of difference between the speakers I would rather save a few bucks than gain 2 db's.If all of these subs ****(which I doubt they will) please recommend some new ones for under 240 shipped.

2 AA Arsenal 12"(I know 12s against the other 15s)

2 ED 16Ov.2

2 ED 16Kv.2(obviosly the Ov.2 will be better but is it worth the extra 100 bucks?)

Also if you don't mind could you reccomend a nice Cheap amp that will provide a good amount of power to the selection you suggest.

for a cheap amp, check out a used 1200d, or hcca 2400

maybe a lanzar opti or PA Axx00DB series

i saw some used orion 1200d's fro around 250 or so, but depend son the defintion of cheap, i got my A3000's for pretty cheap
