It's basic VB code. Simply find the picture you are looking for on the web- right click on it and select properties- another window will pop up, then where it says address(URL) highlight and copy the address. Now go back into your post and paste the link- now put

[img= before your link and ]

after your link.

So it would look something like this:

[img= link ]

no spaces or anything- and your pic will show up right in your post.

As far as uploading your own pics- on the bottom of your reply screen thier is a section titled- Attach file. All you need to do is locate the image file on your computer with the browse button in this section and it will upload to your post when you hit the reply button.

Uploads are limited to 10240 bytes and only .gif, .jpeg, txt, png, jpg, bmp extensions are allowed.
