Please Insert Appropriate Disc avic-n3

So I was listenign to a cd yesterday on my AVIC-N3 and then it just stopped playing and on the dvd screen it said "Please Insert Appropriate Disc" so I take out my cd and tried putting in one of the map dvds but that still does nothing. I't wont evne play cds. just the radio. I tried resetting it and that didnt help, Anyone have this problem. I need help please thanks.

Yeah I've had a few issues just like that with some of my display models. I hope you have a waranty, cause the DVD player is bad now.
