Please help! Which amp is best for my subs?

Hi I just purchased DBX 252.3 - Hertz Dieci car audio subwoofer box

now I'm looking to get the amp to power them, I have 2 amps I'm looking at right now and want to be sure I'm making the right choice. the First amp I'm looking at is appealing to me because: 1) its matching brand with my subs (hertz) 2) its small and compact. But will it power them properly? I want good clear sound and I don't plan to blast the subs too their max but I do want them to be powered properly. Car Audio & Video | Visions Electronics

My second choice is: Car Audio & Video | Visions Electronics I don't know enough about this amp to know the pros but my cons are: Its 3 nearly 4 times the size of the Hertz amp, its not matching brand with my subs (hertz) and not a brand I've ever heard of before either. Which of these 2 amps do you think would be a better choice for overall amp quality, sound quality? also if I ever decide to install them in my house using a power supply which of the 2 would be best for that? thanks for all the help in advance I need to make my decision by the 30th that's when the sale ends.
