do you honestly stuff this stuff in any which way?? i mean doesn't it melt and stick to the sub. or get caught up in it?? i know its a lb/cu. foot but it just seems odd. i want to use it to try and slow the harshness of the bass i get w/ some music

You just fill a sealed box with it. for ported boxes you line the box with fiber sheets. It doesnt melt but it can get cought in the sub. Just stuff it in larger pieces. Surround the sub but dont over stuff it.
