Please help me with sub question

Hello,

I have a 2001 bmw 325i. I already have a JL audio e1400D amp installed in my car.

I need to add some subwoofers. I was thinking two 12 inch. I need 2 subs and a box

My question is this... What kind of subwoofers do you suggest I purchase. I want to try to keep it under $400 for the whole package..

Im clueless when it comes to car audio. What does SQ and SPL stand for?

Do you know if that amp would be fine for JL Audio 12W1v2-4 or

JL Audio 12W1v2-8

Ok i looked up wut SQ and SPL means. I'm definitely more of a SQL person. Somewhere in the middle of SQ and SPL. I like it to sound really good without my car falling apart on me. I listen to a lot of electronic music and rap/ hip hop
