i got a take home quiz to do in physics, anyone care to do the solution to this prob? thanks

1.) a person wieghing 750 newtons stands on a scale in an elevator.

a.) draw a force diagram of the situation and write the appropriate equations.

b.) what is the mass of the person?

the mass is 76.45 kgs. This is found by dividing 750 N by the force of gravity, 9.81 m/s.

as for the force diagram, draw an elevator with a person in it. draw an arrow pointing up(this is the ground forcing the person upwards) and an arrow pointing down(this is gravity pulling him downwards).

d.) what is the acceleration of the elevator if the scale reading is 575 N?

e.) at one piont the reading on the scale is 0 N. Should the person worry? why or why not?
