Please help.. Match an amp for these subs? 12" Kicker Compvr CVR124

Hey guys, im trying to get some decent subs and an amp on a budget for my car this summer.. I admit i know very little about car audio, so if you guys could set me on the right direction i would really appreciate it.

My budget is about $400 for everything (subs, amp, enclosure, installation)

I plan on getting 2 of these subs:

Specs:

(2) Kicker CompVR 07CVR124 12-Inch 4-Ohm DVC Subwoofer

12-inch CompVR Subwoofer with 4-ohm impedance

400 Watts RMS (800 Watts peak) power handling

Could anyone recommend me a good amp that would match these subs well? Im looking for something i could find in the price range of $120-$130. Any help would be really appreciated!
