well for anyone interested I have talked with him and I kinda have a clue on what hes looking to do. He wants to make a slot vented box for 2 12's powerbase subs. And he wants it loud and to sound good. I dont really know what measurments he has to work with etc. I would help him but I am not good at calcs and stuff with boxes.

here are the specs

50 oz. magnet dual 4 ohm vc

power handling 250 watts/ 350 watts peak

sensitivity 87 dB @ 1W/1M

FS= 29.8 HZ, QTS= 0.78, VAS= 118.9 Hz

Frequency Response 30 Hz - 1 kHz

the box will be one large one that will sit behind my back seat in the trunk. It will be around 36" long and 16" in heighth.

hes offline right now. So I figured I would get started helping him.I cant design him a box or help with him because I am not good at that type of stuff but I can help him this way, and thats all I am trying to do. He is offline and will be posting alot, he has been pming me a few times aday I have been trying to help him out as much as I can and thats why I know some of this stuff. And I told him he should do a post like this and that I would try to help answer questions if he didnt know them. He is new at this stuff.
