Please compare these 10"s... eD 11ov.2 and Alpine SWR-1042D

Nope, and if i do have a problem, i might change my mind about them. But until then, i am one happy customer. But one thing i will admit, is that i am looking into the TC OEM 12, i seen some videos of it on YouTube and ****, me likes.

This is why I prefer JL Audio, they may be a bit more expensive, but your not dealing with some guy selling subs out of his garage, I guess like eD subs! lol

well I must admit their operation ED has come a long way and far from selling out of their garage, its not their operation, just the customer support when something goes wrong. To be honest I was fine with my 16ov2, sounded great and got pretty low, but when i was told you can either spend more money or be SOL thats were the relationship ended for me. na RSX, trust me, ED woofers sound good UNTIL.... you hear others such as TC. My 12tc2+ sounds alot better and gets considerably lower than the 16ov2 i had, much less the newer woofer including the OEM. If it wasn't for their bad customers service, i would have never seen the light. So Thanks ED for letting me see how much more better Shyt is out there LOL

I have used both (well an ID OEM 10 which is the same as the 11Ov.2) and the type R is louder off less power in the same enclosure and sounds just as crisp. I do love my ID OEM 10 though

Save $55 and go with the R

lmao ED is good shit, and a word to the wise, you never want to post anything about ED here, too many fanbois and using old shit as an excuse. now i am not trying to defend them about the past, dont know what happened nor do i care, i just know that ED is good stuff.

And some people like to claim their dishonest past has no relevance on their present day professionalism. As I told you in the previous eD thread, their controversies span from several years ago (lying point blank about their deadening products) up to the present day... the Jl look-alike sub scandal of what... 4 months ago?

You like to claim eD haters are merely biased for various reasons, yet it is YOU who is running eD products here. Brand loyalty at its best. Yet what do I or Peter or Rudeboy have to gain from eD's antics being brought to light? Nothing more than the knowledge we are helping fellow enthusiasts steer clear of a rip-off artist. And make no mistake, your good buddy Ben is just that, a rip-off artist. Sorry if you grow weary of this debate, but I will continue informing people of Ben's actions until such time as 1) he's run out of business, or 2) cleans up his act, which definitely has not happened yet.

Lastly, here yet again you claim you dont know what happened in the past. Its funny, the first time you claimed this ignorance, I informed you of their past. The second, I informed you again.
