don't those port dims need to be x12.5" not 12" you are going from top to bottom right? plus those ports do not equal 25" only 24.5" here look

gumby look back a few days this guy asked for help i drew him the wedge he wanted then he read the stickies and found that re calc and viola' her's designing his box btw heres one view of what idrew him

his design in the first post is very close, as i stated 2.26 @ 31 (actually like 31.3hz)

The wedge you have designed has the port very close to the wedge wall. I wouldnt fire a port into a downward curved wedge wall like that, unless you accounted that part of the wedge in the port calculation.

sheet of wood: $30 (cheaper then that here, actually, but for safe measure)

covering materials: $10

sheet of plexan that small: we'll say $15 tops

$50 to ship it

So your going to pocket $100 for about 2 hours TOPS of work.
