I have some little 300 watt klipsch bash plate amp, It stopped working, I replaced the fuse couple times, and all together I gave up. No visibly burnt components, just doesnt play. Well I look at it today and try to give it another shot, and now it seems to kick on fine now, but no music still. All it does is pop the sub up or down when I turn it on or off. Anyone experience this?

Likely the sub cable. Seems like it won't be hte problem, but i had a similar one. I've been using a BASH 300 for years and all of a sudden it just stopped working. New cable and it was fine.
