Places to get amp looked at in Salem Oregon?

So i was driving home and my amp just stopped. I thought the worst since it was not up very loud, when i got home i looked at it and there was a bit of smoke coming out so i took it apart and there is a pretty big bulge in one of the caps.

Now the really strange thing is that I can NOT find any information on this amp, anywhere. But I want this to get fixed somehow. And I would like to find someone local that i could just take it to.

Anyone around Salem Oregon do amp repairs? I know shallowfu does it but I just dont feel like shipping it quite yet.
