is this unit any good? i want to hear if any of you guys have it what you think about it? also if i get an amp that is only rated up to 4 volts, and the outputs on the deck at 6.5V then the amp could blow amp i correct?

solid deck, had mine for 2+ years. did have the noise issue but was sent to pioneer and fixed, no problems since. and no, you wont blow the amp, that 6.5v is maximum voltage, it will not be at 6.5v all the time, or maybe even ever.

My Orion 250 didnt like my 860MP. The voltage is NOT steady. I had to put an additional inline crossover to keep it from bouncing around. Sad thing is...I never, EVER heard anyone else with this problem.
