Pioneer DEH-P860 MP Tuner Frequency problem

hi does anyone know if there is any switch present in my car stereo which can switch between US/Canada freq and the European freq...cause my freqency changes from 89.1...89.3...89.5 and most channels here are with even numbers

I don't think so, I think you need a player with a tuner for that market.
