Pioneer DEH-p700BT and Hard Drive?

I just ordered one of these since i read these work well with USB hard drives. Can someone recommend me the largest drive that for sure works with this unit?

160G, FAT32 FORMAT........ will work.

I was dumb and decided to at least try a 250gb Cirago drive. That didn't work. So before I order a 160gb drive. Can anyone let me know which brands or models for sure work? I would like to order one off of newegg.com or go somewhere local like Best Buy if possible. Thanks!!
