Pioneer DEH-P690UB vs. Kenwood KDC-X890

I'm about to buy a new deck soon, and I like the ipod, aux, and usb features that both of these decks have.

I guess one bad thing is that the eXcelon doesn't have an ipod cable included.

A few questions:

1. Which of these is a better deck in your opinion in terms of features, looks (does the 690ub have a multi-color screen?), and sound quality?

2. What are the differences between the x591 and x890 (or to compare newer models, the x591 to the x891)? The only differences I see are in graphic interface, correct me if I'm wrong.

I was really about to buy the 690UB by Saturday, but now I don't know what do buy since I have a financial problem right now and I can afford to wait a little longer. I am upgrading from a KDC-X679.

I have had the 690ub and 891 and between the 2 I liked the 690 a little better. It has more eq, better crossover options. the screen isnt multi color, just that standard pioneer blue. I liked the 690 buttons on the front to get into the sub and eq options where you have to go into the menus on the 891 for the eq. SQ wise I liked the 690 with the more options I could get the sound to more my taste.
