Does this have the harness? And can it read/play burned CD's including MP3 discs?

I have the harness, remote, faceplate case, plays burned cds. I dont think it plays mp3's though. Has the ipod cord for ipod hook up though.

What do you mean by the rca's are grounded??? Is that why the mechanical is 9/10?

9/10 because the RCA"s are grounded AKA the rca's have some kind of whining noise. Common with Pioneer HU's. Example:
