Pioneer Deh-p3900mp Doesnt work.

Okay so me and my buddy wired it up last night and every wire was right. We tested the power and ground on a DMM, Everything was right. Nothing happened when I tried to turn it on. The fuse wasn't blown in the back either. It was pulled from a totaled car in a junk yard.
