Pioneer DEH-880 Problem with CD

Just installed new 880 everything works except CD won't eject.The face opens and you can hear it trying to eject the cd but the CD doesn't come.Should i just send it back and get a new one.Is there something I did wrong in the install.I tried grabbing it with tweezers but i cant't get it out.Any help would be greatly appreciated.Thanks Paul

Sounds like it's probably faulty, mine works great, where did you purchase yours?

Could be the CD

Ive had CD's that just wont eject normally and i have to pull them out

CD is Alice in Chains unplugged it ejected fine in my alpine.Purchased from tristateaudio.They have been very helpful so far but they want me to pay for shipping both ways which i think is ridiculous.

That would piss me off.. having to ship it back to them at your expense, thats understandable... but they should ship the replacement back free.

I would ask for a refund if they wouldn't ship the replacement back for free... and dispute the charges with my credit card if they refused.

my bnib 880 also broken,the rca output only send out a high pitch screech. i hope you just get another one
