Pioneer deh-4800mp ? please help

Alright guy's i need some help im lost on this my friend tried to help me also i would really like to try and avoid to take it to the shop cause i don't have the cash to do so . i have a pioneer deh-4800mp Hu and well i went to go run my rca's in rear output worked fine then i went to go use the filter's and turn the sub on and off options are off , wrev , rndm or something like that and none of them work. so after i thought ya know maybe i had the rca's in the wrong rca output but no cause when i tried the other 2 the sub's did not work . I can't figure this out please help me .

I don't think would be my output's are blown because i have only had this hu for not even a year.

yeah well im kinda frustrated did all this work and then this happen's , all other features work though just not the sub output ones . please help me anyone please.

Is there a menu setting for sub on or off?

(Im tryin, but I dont use Pioneer.)

yeah there is there is wrev , off and the other setting for it also sub setting's do not work but everything else does.

check is your rcas are putting out voltage.

use a dmm to check the ends at a moderate to high volume and see what voltage numbers you get.
