Pioneer DEH 3050UB speakers dropping out only sub working

Info: Pioneer DEH 3050UB head unit about 1 year 2 months old.

My car got broken into the other night,

luckily my head unit didnt get stolen, nor did the faceplate. Since then however, whenever i turn the unit on itself, i get sound from all 4 speakers, and then after a few seconds it drops out and all that comes through is the subbass from the sub. I've checked the wiring at the back of the head unit, and it still seems the way it was before the car was broken into, i've checked all the settings and i can't seem to find the problem in there either. Wondering if anybody could be helpfull on this issue? I'm considering re-wiring my system just incase whoever broke in did screw something up somewhere, but for the meantime any help would be appreciated, thanks.

Im not suuuure but I think ur speaker wire mite be touchin ground somewhere....just a thought...
