Pioneer AVH-P7800DVD

Does anybody here own an AVH-P7800DVD? I currently have an Eclipse CD8455, but I've been having problems with it reading CD's, and after having it repaired once and having the problem come back, I'm thinking about moving to something else. Can anybody comment on what the sound quality of this unit is like? Any other comments on this unit? Any reason to buy it or not to buy it?

Is it possible to integrate GPS into it? From what I've seen on the website, it looks like maybe not, but it would be nice if I could.
