Pioneer AVH P4300-DVD - Customization

Hello, new to the forums and have a question about the backgrounds on this unit. I know there are preset ones (still AND video). I've figured out how to do custom still images, but not the video ones. Does anyone have any experience with getting this to work? Thanks.

just call the pioneer technical support, or look on there web sight they should have a link for it somewhere.
