pioneer avh p4000dvd no aux or usb sound

hi everyone im looking for some input installed this unit in my car radio and cd work fine when i hook up something tru aux input no sound hook up flash drive to usb no sound play movie dvd sound no pic. i purchased it used work fine in car it came out of not for me installer says unit needs repair called pioneer have to to syscuse 200 flat rate to fix where can i send to or what could be the problem thanks for any input u gave give me
