Review of Head Unit:

I will go ahead a get the one and only thing i don't like about this HU out of the way....it comes with no remote.

Now that's out of the way....This HU is GREAT!! And can be had for under 300$!

Features that i love?

3 sets of 4v Pre-outs

SD Card input,USB input (though no rear USB) Aux, and of course MP3 CD and DVD palyback

You can also set your own custom background pic! WIN

And though not necessary ...it can power a SUB! 70watts @ 2ohm

Also you have a nifty little 7 band Parametric EQ and high pass filter

ive got the same hu in my mustang...LOVE IT....good price tag...doesnt have all those fancy settings which cost u more that u never actually use...gps ready...great unit!!

the remote is a huge battery eater, but can be had on ebay for under 20 bucks (cd-r55)

remote is basically good for changing songs, and volume, and some dvd options

i love the 3200, best pioneer i have had yet, i have had many high end pioneer's that cost more and did less

with the cd-iu50v i can watch my videos off ipod touch on the pioneer's screen

an the credit card pioneer remote, that came free with the last 3 pioneer i bought besides this one

will control volume, change stations, source button works, i think mute worked to

I got the 4200dvd. Same thing pretty much. Best HU I've owned to date. Xm add-on works flawlessly.

Does this HU work with the iphone? I am looking for a good HU for my 2004 suburban that i can charge and play music through my iphone.

I own the Bluetooth version, and it's an awesome headunit! When I eventually upgrade everything, this is the only thing that's staying. In my opinion it's the best headunit around its price. Great review by the way.

Ok, installed this beast and used it quite a bit over the weekend. It is an awesome hu, nice features and looks really clean in the civic. My only complaint is the screen gets washed out easily in sunlight. The usb is only advertised to work with ipods but it worked fine with a sony walkman.

Have you turned the Dimmer setting up? On the 4300DVD you access it by holding down "Menu." Alleviates the problem somewhat at least //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

The new line of Pioneer DVD's are alot of value for money!
