Pioneer AVH-3100DVD + Pioneer CD-BTB200 + Droid = No sound

I have the Pioneer AVH-3100DVD, Pioneer CD-BTB200 Bluetooth adapter and a Motorola Droid running 2.1. I can pair the 2 devices with no problems. When playing music I can control everything from my head unit. I can make and answer calls from my head unit, however, I do not get ANY sound to come out of my car speakers. No music, no phone calls.. Nothing.

Any ideas?
