320 is super amazing quality. Highest you can get using MP3s

192 is cd quality320 is super amazing quality. Highest you can get using MP3s

Lossless is the only thing that is CD quality. That's formats like ALAC, FLAC, WAV, etc. 320kbps is a decent bitrate, but if you're compressing things, you are better off going v0 in my opinion.
