Ask bonesninja what kinda things the cutty's are good for. I'm sure he put his through hell and high water. 6x9's aren't great.
You should look into a dedicated midbass and tweeter. like a 6.5" component set. Would probably give you better sound and easier adjustment capabilities

what inda midbass u talkin bout? 6.5's for what.....i assume you know what u mean. So in my situation if you were me what speakers would u get inside my cutlass like the mids and highs if you want it to screama dn the tweeters to hit loud?

Yeap. You ever heard a set of door speakers with a seperate amp on them? Sound 10x better than deck powered speakers. Not including the fact that replacing the stock ones will give you better sound anyways.
Go into the speakers section of the forum and start looking around / reading in there. Reading on this forum will answer 99% of your questions before you even ask them.
As said before, you gotta sift through the bullsh*t but there is alot of good information and alot of good people who know what they are talking about on here. The worst thing for you to do is pick fights with people. This is the internet after all..

I have had many systems in the cutty over the years...most of them walls . I have had 1 18...2 12's...1 15...4 12's...6 10's and currently have 2 15's in a wall . Anything in the trunk is going to rattle like crazy so you will need some major sound dampening in trunk . If your going in the trunk i would do 4 cheaper 12's over the mt 18. They will be easier to make a box for and don't have to worry about the 18 pounding the shit out of your trunk lid but that's me . If not wall it off...sound way better . Your going to need a nice front soundstage to compliment the bass

Grove city........lol. my lil brother lived there for a little while. Don't really remember the area, but it was close to a walgreens and I think Fridays was like right across the street. Nice place, but too quiet.
As for the "hood ninja" I'd scrap that paint job and get 4 12s. just do a simple paint job. The already pull people over there in rental cars claiming that the plates are suspended. Imagine what a Louis Vuitton car with 4 12s is gonna do

Another thing, if you're educated why don't you talk like it? It always confuses me why people go out of there way to type words incorrectly, such as "da", one of many examples. I would somewhat understand if you were just a moron, but if you don't know how to spell "the", then you're better off killing yourself and doing this nation a favor.
