Just watched it today, and they re-did an old Pacer. Anyone see it?

Anyway, my point is, they had a pair of what looked to be 12" Eclipse subs, and the head guy at the shop told the owner that they were "The best speakers out right now, and cost $1200 a piece." And she is like "Oh my gosh, wow!"... Anyone like the show? They always use the cheapest parts, the only good products they use are rims.

the show always keeps me entertained but they do what they can for people who dont know shit about cars or car audio....

like the cop caprice they put 9 421d's in and said each one was 3000 watts i cant wait for that kid to pull up to someone iwth 1000 watts and get clowned

I didnt see any subs in that car. All i saw was some jensen speakers. And Xzibit clearly stated mad mike was lying about the front body kit.

It is entertaining, but some of the cars they do are just ugly.

And they put some idiotic things in cars, like in the show I was referring to earlier, they put an intercom thing in the back of the car and when the car is in reverse it says "Yo, this is X to the Z Xzibit, watch out cuz (insert owners name)'s backin' up". I mean come on, that is fvcking retarded.

I love these PMR threads //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif As I stated in a previous thread on it the show in my opinion is all about promotional purposes with flashy bling on the exterior and interior but with nothing under the hood, very few shows do they do anything to the motor, oh and they always end up doing at least one or two very ghey things to the cars, FE: fishbowl in between sub enclosure (pure genious!), oxygen bar, clothing dryer, etc. They do a lot of sh!t that is very unnecessary for a car to have. I have heard and read though that WCC does tight stuff outside of the PMR scene

He said he was kidding, but the guy continued on with it, and they girl seemed to believe him. Xzibit is a f@ggot that can not rap at all, he is just worse than Mike Jones when it comes to saying his name in songs.

TV is all about ratings, if you stop watching it. The ratings will drop. MTV will see this, and bump it off air just like they did to Brittany Spears.

my best guess is the brands give them the equipment in hopes of exposure and popularity gain, like when they say "we hit dude with the audiobahn dub series subs" "these are some of best subs out now" they assume kids are gonna see that and run out and make purchases thinking that this information is true, I must admit the show is entertaining but they don't even do anything worth a sh!t for car audio, I only have one 12 and I bet I'd wang all over all the installs they did on the show
