He never said anything about wanting a JackHammer, or Pimp My Ride's quality of work, or anything at all worthy of this crap.

He simply wanted to know how to wire up a Decibel meter to make a light turn on when it reads a certain SPL. I personally think it's kind of clever, not something I would do, but for a show car it's understandable and appealing to the masses. I have no idea how something like that would be wired up though.

I think his wife is partially hearing impaired (from what I saw in another thread) so he wants this thing to make it so she does not cause further damage due to not realizing how loud it actually is.
