and a floater is just ussually a rim that wont make a complete rotation. doesnt matter the brand. but dub makes spinners too. anything that goes around a whole circle is ussually called a spinner not a floater.

These are setup as floaters, which means as you drive the other chrome piece doesn't spin. It just sits there and looks like you are floating. These in my opinion are the sickest rims ever made and they get more looks when you are driving than you can imagine. You can also convert these to spinners in just a couple minutes, or remove the outer spinner and run just the solid black wheel which looks awesome also.
