I did some work with op-amps today in my lab. I figured I'd take a pic off the oscilloscope so those that have never seen it can. As you can see the regular sine wave in the middle is set to 11Vp-p, which is out of the op-amps range. Therefore, the bigger wave, the output, is at 27Vp-p, but with a clipped waveform. Anyway, here is what it looks like.
