call paypal and tell them whats going on they will understand and if u payed straight up with them and not threw ur bank even better if not theyll ask u to do a chargeback wich imo its a waste of 75 days cuz u wont get ur money back.

yea sounded like a scam all the way why sell the xbox 360 here with 3 games for $150 shipped when he could easy get $300 for it on ebay.

He said he'd send me a money order on saturday. Havent heard from him since. I told him I'd give him until wednesday. I already filed a claim with paypal, chargeback is next, then he/his mom(person he said the paypal account is under) can deal with the collection agency.

all you do is call the credit card company and file for a chargeback and presto you get your money back no ifs about it. but their is a limited amount of times you can do this with you credit card i think most are once a year some are 3
