well today was one heck of day...non stop work at my college. unwritten law came to play a free concert and my department was asked to help out. it was awesome working with a bunch of professionals. i learned so much today. it's a very interest field of work that i wouldn't mind doing. i did the lighting (martin moving heads and mirrors) for the entire night. here are some pics of today.

this is a very nice piece of equipment. it's a hp ipaq with a ivie tech module. the module converts the ipaq into a rta, spl meter, tone generator, volt meter, oscilloscope, and more. this is a must for a sound tech.

yeah...the ipaq with the ivie module was very tempting...lol! i play with this type of gear everyday at work, just not at this magnitude. so it's nothing too special.
