Big thanks to banginaltima for the box, the flushmount looks great! (especially after I broke his drill bit //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/redface.gif.62fdbfe1a101588a808c4cff71bcb942.gif ) This is temporary, when the box gets cleaned up I will hide everything, and I think I will have to replace the RCA's because they are just to short ... when the side pic was taken the inside flare was not used, since then the ports have been trimmed to ~35hz and both pieces are used... the reason there are taped off cables from the battery is thats when I strapped both amps to the woofer, which it did like like, but not good for daily driving ...

My impressions is its very loud for a single 12" , its basically exact to the Mach 5 SPL specs, 3 cubes ~35-38 hz and it sounds amazing, hits the lows and highs very well, best of both worlds SQL! did you use a flush trim bit to cut off that excess overhang? if not you should... much much easier than sanding

I did like it very much, but its only rated at 1500 RMS, 2500 thermal... and being dual 2, with both amp's strapped @ .5 daily thats ~4kw roughly?

Have a clean rag with you while you are building the box, to whipe that ish off. Otherwise, cool.

looks good man. i love when subs are counter sunk. haha i think it will look awesome when all the wires are tucked away and maybe box has carpet or paint. flush trim bits are an excellent investment

i would do something about those wires comin off your battery that are just taped up. If one of those shorts out on your vehicle you could fry your ECU like I did.

clean up your wires!!! we all cant wait to try our new gear out, in fact i have a MD3D that im dying to install, but take the time to do it right the first time. perhaps its the pro installer in me coming out but, slow down and do it right.

omg.. drill a hole and use some caulk rather than pull the wire thru the open port.. ..that looks shizzy

at least u have decent equipment tho.. just clean it up..
