here is my system now.it is in a 2003 chevy tahoe.i am wanting to build a new sub enclosure.any ideas on the best way to get more spl but still want it to be daily driver.was thinking about building a box 12 cubic ft internal.with a 200 sq inch port tuned to 35 hz.subs will be facing up and port back.

Opening up those ports will help alot.

tune higher for more spl, thats about the only option unless you add more surface area.
