3 or 4 days. We used less salt this time, they absorbed a lot more of the flavor of the spices and stuff.

Hardboil them then make your brine and just let them sit in it in the fridge for like 3 or 4 days.

You really don't think you are going to like a pickled egg and then you have one and your whole life and way of thinking changes.

It's a nice soft texture to hold great flavor..

I just picked up one of these

and I was going to pickle some fish and other tasty stuff I may try to do the eggs in it too. Then I can just keep them in the cabinet and not have to worry about refrigeration.
