Pickled Eggs

Anyone here like pickled eggs? I had never had one until I was at school, they are really popular in Houghton and the UP, and I tried one, they are really good, especially when they are spicy. They are also extremely easy to make, me and my roommate made some the other day and they are great.

Personally i think they are terrible, my grandpa in FL made me try one when i was younger and i've been traumatized since.

Haha, yea, pretty much what I pictured the UP as before I came up here. They are good though, I was very hesitant to try one at first to, but once I did I really like them.

I would imagine it being somewhat of an acquired taste because of it's saltiness. I've never had one myself, but I'd definitely at least try it once. I didn't like pickles, olives, etc when I was younger. Now they taste great to me in small amounts.
