well i think i am goin to go with 4.2 cubes at 34 or 35 hz. do you guys think i should use a double baffle? and should i go downfiring with sub and port back, or both back? and would i benifit fron tuning lower, or higher with this sub? i do listen to mostly rap, and rock like korn and godsmack also. will also toss in the bass cd to impress though!

yes double baffle! i had a mojo i know haha! do the sub firing into the pasagner seat and port firing into the driver seat! and id say bump up ur box size a lil bit!

my amp is rated at 2000 watts rms, was benched by previous owner to do about 2100! as soon as i get my alternator rebuilt/rewound to 160 amp and my 2/0 wire in i will push it pretty close to that!

the mojo in my ext cab sonoma loved 38hz. i was doing a 144.7

most of these guys are talking about the M3 mojo, soooooo different.

those are the specs from the quad 1, but it should be CLOSE enough to base your calculations off of.

if you can get 5 cubes, tune to 33/35, close to 6 id say 30/31

here is a couple of pics of the mojo, still lookin for box designs! got the whole ext part of my 91 ext cab full size to use. thinkin of tryin to build it with changable ports! any ideas?

well, tryed 6 cubes at 30 hz, and it sounds like poop! moves a sh*t ton of air, but not what i want, so i am goin to go 5 cubes at 40ish. what do you guys think? the 5 cubes is before sub displacement(which i am not sure of! any ideas?) let me know, i wanna get this right this time. also am i using too much port area? 4.5 inch wide by 15.5 tall i believe. right at 70 sq in!

Cant imagine 1 15" in a 6 cube box with 70 sq inches of port was ever intended to sound good. Also cant imagine a box of any sized tuned to 40hz that the main intention is to sound good either. Ive never heard a Mojo but i cant imagine making a box 1 cube smaller and tuning 10hz higher is going to make it sound any better. But i could be wrong.
