we read that and the scarlett letter in 11th grade.
To Kill A Mockingbird was required reading for me in Jr High. Can't really explain why but I loved it instantly and it remains one of my favorite novels of all time.

The movie with Gregory Peck wsa pretty good as well.

AFI, not too long ago, compiled a list of the Top 100 movie villains and the Top 100 movie heroes of all time.

i never really did the book readings for english class except "the hiding place" my sophomore year. i finished that book 2 weeks ahead of schedule cuz it was so good IMO.

i wathced "to kill a mocking bird" in 11th grade as well. never did read the book like i was supposed to.

had to read "the count of monte cristo" my sophomore year. never did.

saw "the hiding place" as well. great movie.

diary of anne frank was a great one as well. went to the omniplex for the holocaust display they did.
