Two pieces? What part are you talking about? That ONE brace perhaps?//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gifThats a good idea using the two pieces of wood in between the port never thought of doing that.
Um, care to explain? I love it how people who have been here for weeks think they know how the older members are.

Thanks for the compliment. And thank-you for the advice on the router/jasper jig. My jigsaw isn't going to cut it(no pun intended) for very much longer. I had to keep making my circle bigger until the sub fit. No fun at all.//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gifnice work man. If you plan on building a few more, invest in a router and a jasper jig; circles are cake-walks, just a suggestion.
why is there a hole inside the middle piece...j/w....but i thought that piece was supposed to be solid.....unless its for a ported...lol i didnt pay attention to the pics lol

Boxes are done, by the way. I won't be able to put them in my car until tomorrow afternoon. This is because I have to wait 24 hours for the caulk inside to cure so I don't mess up my foam surround.
Oh I understand now. Those are 2 pieces of spare mdf i used to space the pieces out. My port just so happened to be 1.5" wide so I figured I would get it as exact as possible by using none other than 2 pieces of .75" wide mdf.No im saying inbetween the port. to keep it from coming back.
