Well thanks for the help on the numbers haha...

guess i got what i asked for with the flaming too:veryhapp:

You are known by the company you keep, if you were with him when he was doing drug deals no wonder your under survellience.
I wasn't with him when he did the deals. I was with him the morning before it happened, drove 2 hours out of the way to drop of a friend at her boyfriends, came back and he asked me to drop him off, so i did...later i called him to see if he wanted to come out to a party with me and he said yeah, so I picked him up. We stopped at a park to meet up with another friend of mine, and then went back to his house to drop off my gf at her car so she could follow us because she had to leave earlier than us...on the way to the party the squads drove passed and this all happened. I didn't know what he had on him until they pulled it out of his pockets...i didn't know he had bud until he got released that night, because he had it crotched and they didn't find it until they asked to strip search and he said **** no and handed it to them....

i don't know if thats what really happened at the station, i wasn't there...but this is what i was told by my friend.

all i know for sure, is the cop tried opening my trunk with my friends keys for about 10 minutes before i told him my keys were in the ignition //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/tongue.gif.6130eb82179565f6db8d26d6001dcd24.gif

EDIT:

and before anyone says, "just don't do anything illegal and you'll be fine"... I have this to say; how would you feel if there was a pretty high chance that your phone was tapped, and every private conversation you have...be it with you mother, girlfriend, boss, teacher, siblings, children....you name it....was being listened to by a room full of police...knowing you have next to no privacy left in your life just because you made mistakes when you were younger...or you hung out with someone at the wrong time...i don't want the police to listen in on my phone...not because of illegal shit, but just because i don't want them to know every aspect of my life...because regardless of if my phone is tapped, I cant do anything illegal in this town anyways...i learned that a while ago...thats why i stopped.

the cops don't fvck around. i don't care how smart or sneaky you are. if you continuosly do illegal activity, they will get you. i got into trouble for selling marijuana in 1993. i just got off parole in february of this year. i was selling weed for about 3 years. thought i was sneaky. thought i was smart..........then i was allowed to re-think those things while in a prison cell. fun times.

on a side note. back in the day, cricket phones got alot of people caught. the police monitored those cell phones, because they knew every drug dealer in the city would get one. it's more difficult for them now, because almost everyone has one. back in the early 90's, cricket was the first real affordable cell phone. we used pagers prior to that.

meh i sold pounds of weed, coke and E for 2 years when i was 17-19ish

never got busted

i stopped just the fact its dirty dealing with all the **** heads never even had a close call...

i guess no one ratted me out

good idea to stop. it only takes 1 dirty mutherfvcker to get you prison time. in order to make any serious money, you're forced to deal with people you don't know. it's all about luck and timing. it takes very little skill to sell drugs. a little street smarts and anyone can do it. maybe even for years. but never forever.

I don't believe this story at all, being as I do not believe any police officer would be that stupid.

If they knew where you were going to be and when, they wouldn't waste any time.

This story becomes even more idiotic if you actually believe they are tapping you, in which case they'd take you down immediately without following you.

And lol @ evading police in an old Caprice.

why dont u **** with them like be like dude ive got 3 gallons of heroin or something outrages and everytime they show up at ur house and laugh at them because u dont have it...

I should also point out that with me, i did not know anything for sure. And this sounds like you don't know for sure either. Its tough cause you have no idea if people are listening to you or not... sounds like paranoia to me, I know I was paranoid as hell. I will say man that if someone is listening in, and you're doing nothing wrong... who cares? They are wasting their time listening and you are probably boring them to death talking with your mom //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif I don't know what you did to be getting pulled over 6 times a day but I do know what it feels like to be looked at differently by local cops, U-turn followed cause of the car I drive, and pulled over for the most retarded reasons. I've dealt with it and have paid my debt (literally) and they don't bother me anymore unless I'm at fault. Can't say the same about you but hopefully your situation is rectified soon. ever since wiretaps and eavesdropping is legal you have to realize anyone could be listening to you at any time. Its shitty and quite frankly infringing on everyones privacy. But hell I'm not a lawyer so my opinions don't matter //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

good luck man

You can believe what you want to believe. I'm not here to waste my time proving anything to you. I was asking for help with a situation i have found myself in. Im not sure if they are tapping me, thats why I asked if anyone knew the number. I was thinking maybe the tap was put on me AFTER this happened last Friday....but there is know way to know because like i said, i wasn't selling the weed or even talking to people about it on the phone because i didn't know about it.

They did know where we were going to be and when. They supposedly got a call(mind you this is the story from the police, so it may be complete BS) from an offduty police officer who saw us pull into the park. He called because he was walking in the park and saw my car pull in, park, my friend got in, and we left. The park I went to was in a lower class subdivision. The cops got me about 5 minutes driving time from the park, and were heading towards the park. As mentioned before, they knew what was going on. Proof of this can be explained below;

1.They had 3 squad cars. (We had 3 people in the car). It wasn't like 1 car pulled me over and called for backup. It was 2 marked police cars, and a silver ford explorer that the local "detective" drives. (the same detective who searched my room a week before this happened because he claimed to have evidence that was i was stealing from peoples cars, which i have never done)

2.They pulled me out of the car first, and didnt even search me. They pulled me out, took me away from my car and sat me on the ground. One of the officers asked what was in my pockets, thats it. Then, 2 of the 4 officers (becaue there was a trainee in the passenger seat of one of the squads) went to my passenger window while i was sitting behind my car, and asked my friend to step out. They both pulled him way out to the front of the car and searched him. Immediately they found his 2 pipes. While he was being cuffed they asked where the marijuana was. He said it was gone, they then listed to him names of people he had sold to, how much, how much money he had, and how much weed he should still have left. Then they took the third out of the car. Asked what was in his pockets. Sat him on the ground. Searched my car, found the baggies and scale. Asked me who they belonged to. I said I didn't know, they said if one of my friends didn't claim them i would have my car impounded and i would go to jail. They brought them to my friend who was already under arrest for the pipes, and he immediately said they were his. Then the cop grabbed my friends keys off of the passenger seat and proceeded to try and force each key into the slot of for the trunk. He did this for a few minutes before i told him that my keys were in the ignition. After he removed my spare, asked the detective if my amp was stolen, and then finally forced me to take a sobriety test because they thought i had smoked, they told me i could go. I got back in my car and all my shit was spewed all over the place. They waited for me to leave.

Also, evading in a caprice isn't very hard. I dont know how cops act around your town, but here (or maybe its just with me), they creep WAAAAY back. They watch from a far distance. Almost like they think i don't see them. They do whatever it is they do when they are in ninja mode, and then they speed up and bust out the lights. This cop was creepin waaay back and i just saw him fade out of my rear view over a hill, sped up a little bit to make the corner, then sped down the road to the next turn. This is how it normally happens. I called this running from the cops because it was very clear that they were after me. They do this to me all the time, and I know what to do to avoid it.

Twas not such a great idea making up the fake drug deal. More probable cause = more warrants.
Unless, of course, they are members here and realize that you are just joking.
Let them search. I have nothing to hide. They searched my room at the house, they have searched my car dozens of times, and searched me as well.

why dont u **** with them like be like dude ive got 3 gallons of heroin or something outrages and everytime they show up at ur house and laugh at them because u dont have it...
why do you think i set up a phony drug deal? I don't want to play head games with them making them think im into more than i am. I just needed what i thought would be a fool proof way to find out if my phone was tapped. I guess it kind of backfired because there is a chance the cops were just there, and followed me because...well thats just what they do around here...Im not looking to attract even more attention to me if i don't have to.

Yes i suppose it may just be paranoia, but i know for sure that the cops here watch me. They follow me, i would even say they harass me.

I guess /thread because they're really isnt much further we can go with this.
