i sold it on craigslist already and found the power cable. i didnt know the unit required a knob i thought you could plug rca in/out and that the remote knob was just icing on the cake?

nah you need the knob really...or it really just doesnt do much. Basically does VERY little for you without the knob.

Not to be rude, but then why would there be a knob if it doesnt do anything?

Do you have one/use one? I have one installed. The knob has TWO knobs, one that adjusts the phase, and the other that controls the sensitivity. And the main knob if you push it in it disables it and if you pull it out it enables it....

I could see how you may think it does nothing...if you didnt enable it. In fact the store that installed my gear thought my bass cube was broken, cuz the knob didnt do anything...well they didnt pull out the knob to enable the bass cube.

And BTW nice stroker! Kinda miss mine.
