The amp is rated at 600rms, the 10W3v3's are 300rms each so yes it will. I would run it at 4ohms bridged, not 2. Mine always got pretty hot at 2ohms bridged.

is it ok to use a 4 gauge cable, to a distr. block, then a pair of 6 gauge cables, one running my "1000w" 4 channel amp (just door spkrs) and the other to run a PG amp

cable too small?
