Philips, JVC, Fusion, Pioneer, Hifonics. Budget subs. Help?

Build on a budget; I live in New Zealand and have just bought a slot ported 2 12 box tuned to 32-35Hz (depending on mounting direction and volume of subs). Trying to buy subs for less than $300NZ, which puts me at the lower end of the scale. I came on here and was recommended some Hifonics 12s a while back, but the cheap auction that they found me wouldn't ship to NZ and I am most likely looking at approx $285NZ to get them here.

Oh and my amp is a Fusion Powerplant

465 Watts RMS x 1 Channel @ 4 Ohms

750 Watts RMS x 1 Channel @ 2 Ohms

1150 Watts RMS x 1 Channel @ 1 Ohms

But due to epic voltage drop and most likely overstatement of power assume 20% less than those ratings

Kicker Comp 12 (a must watch!) - YouTube that's one in a sealed box, so they seem alright? Low power handling though
