Both are quality amps. I say just get whichever one looks the best to you.

I remember the good ol days when US Acoustics was the talk of the community, then a few had noise issues and everyone was like 'oh noes!, US Acoustics is teh lame' and so on and so forth...

Anyways... I'd do the PG... I had 2 US Acoustics USX-2080's crap out on me.

probably depends on which series us acoustics you are talking about. lets see theres been the usa series, usb, usc, and usx. the usa's were zed built and seem to be held in higher regard than the others.

Thezeb.com BS'ed me so Ima have to get the 4065.

When I ordered the PG, the price said 140. I get an email saying it costs 175 so I told them no.
