Pheonix Gold 6.5" worth it? links

A small amp would be better than HU power

Your headunit doesn't put out 52x4, thats max rating, your really getting less than 20 a channel //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

If your not going to amp component speakers just get coaxials, and I would rather have the PG RSd comps, even a small amp would be better than HU power

Did you look at the links? Those are not component speakers, I didn't know the model number of my headunit thats why I refrenced the power from the head unit, //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

^^That is called a typo.. I think you can figure out what numbers should go where.. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

I have a pair of the 6.5" Ryval coax. I like them ok they are in the rear only powered off the headunit. Then I installed my PG RSD's in the front off of my external amp and can no longer hear the Ryvals.I think the Ryvals are decent entry level speakers but I now think rear fill is pointless (at least off HU power)
