I've seen pictures both ways. This is the only set i've ever seen in person.

Dang these look sweet. How much power to get them to get "silly" ??

I've run them with an amps rated @ 70, 100, and 190 watts per channel. Sound good with all. I never found the drivers to be in distress. The music I listen to tends to have alot more in the mid bass than low end.
